1) For question 4 of pratical 7, to limit the size of the PCR product to 300bp, in addition to changing the "Primer Tm" fields, change also the "Product Size Ranges" to "299-300". The Product size of your resultant PCR should be 299.

Protein tech tutorial on thursday will be shifted to 10am - 11 am instead of 5 to 6 pm ... venue will be confirmed later. So that sch will end at 3 pm.

1. The e.coli & Shigella thing is onli 4 immunology. We still need to study all the organisms for med micro.

2. Immuno tutorial is on nxt week during tutorial time ... tat is from 12 05 - 12 55 pm . And also it is COMPULSORY .... !

- The past year papers given to u people have to be completed by nxt week thurs. He will be chkin if u have done b4 entering the class .. otherwise u cnt attend. Do urself ... dun photocopy ... !! tats wat he said ...

- We will be meeting william how at Q711, thurs , 2pm to 3pm to go thru the test paper answers with us .

- No bp tech tut nxt week ... so it will bw replaced by this.
